Terms of Service

Welcome to Wokflow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wokflow mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Wokflow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Sign in with Apple (including Hide My Email)
• Sign in with Google

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of the Service

Wokflow is a meal-planning application that helps you organize recipes, generate daily menus, manage shopping lists, and (for paid tiers) collaborate with household members through shared meal plans, chat, and AI-assisted recipe generation. Core features include:

• Personal recipe library and meal rules
• Automatically generated daily menus
• Grocery shopping list and kitchen-stock tracking
• Step-by-step guided cooking mode
• AI-assisted recipe generation from text, photo, or URL
• Household sharing with real-time sync (paid tiers)
• Discover feed for browsing and importing community-shared recipes

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Free Trial

The Service offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers (“Lite” and “Premium”) billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

• Free trial. New paid subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel any time before it ends.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your iTunes / App Store account will be charged for renewal.
• Cancellation. You may cancel any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple per App Store policies. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with notice as required by the App Store. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Apple’s Standard EULA also governs your subscription.

4. AI-Generated Content

Wokflow uses third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate recipes from your text, photo, or URL inputs. AI-generated recipes:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsafe instructions
• Are not reviewed by professionals
• Should not be relied upon for allergy management, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions without independent verification
• Do not constitute professional culinary, nutritional, or medical advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before cooking, eating, or serving any prepared dish. We disclaim all liability for harm arising from reliance on AI-generated recipes.

5. User Content

When you publish recipes, photos, comments, or other materials to the Discover feed or shared household spaces (collectively, “User Content”), you retain ownership but grant Wokflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify (only as necessary for technical operation, such as resizing images) your User Content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The User Content does not violate any applicable law

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with the Service’s operation or other users’ access
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service
• Bypass usage quotas (e.g., AI-generation limits) by technical means

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates the following third parties. Your use of the Service may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple
• Google LLC — Sign in with Google
• Supabase — Authentication, database, real-time sync, file storage
• Crisp IM SAS — In-app customer support chat
• DeepSeek, Google (Gemini), OpenAI — AI recipe generation

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Wokflow is not a medical, nutritional, or culinary professional service. Recipes, ingredients, and dietary guidance are provided for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, allergy, or dietary advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOKFLOW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wokflow and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account, which will permanently remove your data after the cascade-deletion process completes.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, certain mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may apply in addition to these Terms.

2. 服务描述

Wokflow 是一款膳食规划应用，帮助您整理菜谱、生成每日菜单、管理购物清单， 并（在付费档位下）通过共享菜单、聊天和 AI 辅助菜谱生成与户组成员协作。 核心功能包括：

• 个人菜谱库与用餐规则
• 自动生成的每日菜单
• 购物清单与厨房库存追踪
• 引导式分步烹饪模式
• 基于文字、图片或网址的 AI 辅助菜谱生成
• 户组共享与实时同步（付费档位）
• 浏览并导入社区共享菜谱的发现频道

3. 订阅、付款与免费试用

本服务提供免费档位以及两档付费订阅（“Lite” 和 “Premium”），按月或按年计费。订阅通过 Apple 应用内购买 系统进行管理。

• 免费试用。新付费订阅可能包含 7 天免费试用。试用期间 不会扣费，您可在试用结束前随时取消。
• 自动续订。订阅在每个计费周期结束时自动续订，除非 您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。续订费用将从您的 iTunes / App Store 账户中扣取。
• 取消。您可随时通过 iOS 设备的“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”取消订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。
• 退款。退款请求由 Apple 按 App Store 政策处理。 我们不直接处理付款，无法为您办理退款。
• 价格变更。我们可能在 App Store 要求的通知下 调整订阅价格。价格变更后继续使用即视为接受。

Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议同样适用于您的订阅。

4. AI 生成内容

Wokflow 使用第三方 AI 提供商（DeepSeek、Google Gemini、OpenAI） 根据您输入的文字、图片或网址生成菜谱。AI 生成的菜谱：

• 可能包含错误、不准确信息或不安全的操作步骤
• 未经专业人士审核
• 不应在未独立核实的情况下用于过敏管理、疾病或饮食限制
• 不构成专业的烹饪、营养或医疗建议

您应当独自负责在烹饪、食用或为他人提供菜肴前审查 AI 生成内容。 我们对因依赖 AI 生成菜谱而造成的任何损害不承担责任。

5. 用户内容

当您在发现频道或共享户组空间发布菜谱、照片、评论或其他材料（统称 “用户内容”）时，您仍保留对用户内容的 所有权，但您授予 Wokflow 一项全球性、非独占、免版税的许可，仅为运营 和提供本服务之必要目的（如调整图片大小等技术操作），托管、展示、 复制、分发和修改您的用户内容。

您声明并保证：

• 您拥有或已获得用户内容所必需的所有权利
• 用户内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、隐私权或其他权利
• 用户内容不违反任何适用法律

如用户内容违反本条款或适用法律，我们可不经通知予以删除。

6. 可接受使用

您同意不会：

• 出于非法目的使用本服务
• 上传有害、威胁、骚扰、诽谤、淫秽或仇恨性的内容
• 假冒他人或虚假陈述与他人的关系
• 试图反编译、反向工程或抽取本服务的源代码
• 干扰本服务的运行或其他用户的访问
• 使用自动化工具（机器人、爬虫）访问本服务，除非另获明示许可
• 转售、分许可或商业利用本服务的访问权
• 通过技术手段绕过使用配额（如 AI 生成限额）

7. 第三方服务

本服务集成了以下第三方。您对本服务的使用可能受其各自条款和隐私政策约束：

• Apple Inc. — App Store 分发、应用内购买、Apple 登录
• Google LLC — Google 登录
• Supabase — 身份认证、数据库、实时同步、文件存储
• Crisp IM SAS — 应用内客户支持聊天
• DeepSeek、Google (Gemini)、OpenAI — AI 菜谱生成

我们不对这些第三方服务的做法、内容或可用性负责。

8. 免责声明

本服务按“现状”和“可获得” 状态提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于关于适销性、特定用途 适用性和不侵权的默示保证。

Wokflow 不是医疗、营养或烹饪专业服务。菜谱、原料和饮食指导仅供一般信息 参考。如需医疗、过敏或饮食方面的建议，请始终咨询合格的专业人士。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Wokflow 及其运营方不对因您使用本服务而产生 或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、衍生或惩罚性损害，或任何利润、数据 或商誉的损失承担责任。

我们对因本服务产生的任何索赔的累计总责任不超过以下两者中的较高值： (A) 您在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额；或 (B) 10 美元。

10. 赔偿

您同意因您的用户内容、您违反本条款或您侵犯任何第三方权利而对 Wokflow 及其运营方提出的任何索赔、损害或费用（包括合理的律师费），向其作出 赔偿并使其免受损害。

11. 终止

我们可随时暂停或终止您对本服务的访问，无论是否存在原因，无论是否事先 通知，包括因违反本条款。您可随时通过“设置 → 账户与隐私 → 删除账户”删除您的账户，级联删除流程完成后您的数据将被永久 移除。

终止后，本条款授予您的所有权利立即终止。按其性质应当存续的条款（如 免责声明、责任限制、赔偿）将在终止后继续有效。

12. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过应用内通知或更新上述 “最后更新”日期的方式告知您。变更后继续使用本服务即视为接受。

13. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款受运营方所在司法辖区法律管辖并据其解释，不考虑冲突法原则。 因本条款或您使用本服务产生的任何争议应在该司法辖区的法院解决。

如您居住于欧洲经济区、英国或加利福尼亚州，您所在地的某些强制性消费者 保护法律可能在本条款之外另行适用。
